Job DescriptionJob Description
Job Summary• Process and investigate medical device customer feedback (complaints) efficiently and accurately.• Identify critical dimensions on component drawings and submit dimensional inspection requests.• Conduct basic standardized test methods and submit functional testing requests.• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory personnel.• Perform domestic and international regulatory vigilance reporting.• Write effective reports in a timely, priority-driven manner.• Provide input to product teams regarding new designs, methods, or processes.• Work under supervision of more experienced engineers and complete regular assignments with minimum supervision.• Assist in training new employees on documentation, equipment use, laboratory techniques, and department procedures.• Deliver tailored communications to managers, peers, and customers to promote cross-functional collaboration.• Work on special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications• Must be at least 18 years of age.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from an accredited college or university.• 0-2 years of experience.• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Basic understanding of engineering principles.• Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.• Willingness to work with contaminated medical devices in a controlled setting.
Preferred Qualifications• Prior experience in quality assurance.• Experience in a regulated manufacturing
