Are you a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for an impactful role? Join our team at Soliant Education and make a difference in the life of an 8th-grade student

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to an 8th-grade student with behavioral needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Assist with daily activities and foster independence in the classroom setting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification.
  • Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
