Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young adults on the autism spectrum? Join our team as a Paraprofessional/Behavior Technician We are seeking dedicated individuals to work onsite, providing vital support in ABA classrooms.

Caseloads:

  1. Serving children ages 5-13
  2. Serving students ages 12-21

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in ABA classrooms to provide 1:1 and group behavior interventions
  • Collaborate with a team of additional aides to support a classroom of 10-15 students
  • Help implement individualized behavior plans and assist in developing positive behaviors
  • Assist in tracking student progress and data collection

Hours: Full-time, 31.75 hours per week
Work Setting: Onsite at either of the two locations, whichever location you prefer
