LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer-oriented candidate for a contract-to-hire Patient Registrar opportunity working with a successful healthcare company located in Bedford, IN & Paoli, IN
Note: This position will be floating between 2 locations in Bedford & Paoli.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
- Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
- Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
- Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
- Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM rotating schedule (Overnight after daytime training)
Job Type: Contract-to-hire and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
