Job Description

Our automated packaging line in the packout department requires attentive and detail-oriented individuals. The machine now handles the packaging, and your role will involve monitoring and managing this process.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor all screens of the automated packaging machine to identify any errors.
  • Remove defective parts and reset the machine as necessary.
  • Load materials into the machine and ensure a continuous supply of parts.
  • Replenish parts in the staging area to prevent the machine from stopping.
  • Inspect for defects and ensure the quality of the packed cartridges.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Familiarity with production and fast-paced environments.
  • Machine operating skills, particularly with automated lines.
  • Experience in medical device assembly and inspection.
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Attention to detail is critical; must watch the machine carefully and adjust as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fast food being beneficial.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Trainable and willing to learn new tasks.
  • Team player who shows up to work on time every day.

Work Environment

You will work closely with a machine all day in a loud environment. Shifts operate on an AWS schedule, with overtime for anything over 40 hours a week. The opening is for 1st shift packout (4am - 2:30pm).
