Medical Device Assembler

Job Description
Our automated packaging line in the packout department requires attentive and detail-oriented individuals. The machine now handles the packaging, and your role will involve monitoring and managing this process.
Responsibilities- Monitor all screens of the automated packaging machine to identify any errors.
- Remove defective parts and reset the machine as necessary.
- Load materials into the machine and ensure a continuous supply of parts.
- Replenish parts in the staging area to prevent the machine from stopping.
- Inspect for defects and ensure the quality of the packed cartridges.
- Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to follow work instructions and work in a cleanroom environment.
- Familiarity with production and fast-paced environments.
- Machine operating skills, particularly with automated lines.
- Experience in medical device assembly and inspection.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Attention to detail is critical; must watch the machine carefully and adjust as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fast food being beneficial.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Trainable and willing to learn new tasks.
- Team player who shows up to work on time every day.

Work EnvironmentYou will work closely with a machine all day in a loud environment. Shifts operate on an AWS schedule, with overtime for anything over 40 hours a week. The opening is for 1st shift packout (4am - 2:30pm).
