HIRING FOR MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS / MACHINE BUILDERS

Job Duties:

  • The person in this role will build assemblies, sub assemblies, panels and components for automated equipment.
  • These could be built in a clean room or clean working area as the equipment is used in the manufacturing of medical devices, or aerospace and nuclear industries.
  • Wiring of panels from a schematics
  • Low level to medium difficulty mechanical assembly
  • Low level testing and troubleshooting of components
  • Use a BOM and schematic to identify potential problems, organize by assembly, etc.
  • Assisted or supervised machine “power up”
  • Hand and power tools
  • Blueprint/schematic reading
  • Mechanical and electrical assembly of aerospace or medical equipment
  • Accurately build equipment and sub assemblies for a larger automated machine.
