Job Details



Responsibilities:
  • Representing clients in all stages of business and construction litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeal.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
  • Advising clients on business and legal transactions, assessing legal risks, and suggesting preventive measures.
  • Negotiating settlements to resolve disputes in favor of our clients.
  • Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop legal strategies and solutions.
  • Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining a high level of client service.
  • Participating in business development activities, including networking and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally in construction and/or business litigation.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards.
