Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Packager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging the final product in preparation for shipment and/or storage. You will need to comprehend detailed instructions and read work orders. The role involves some heavy lifting and moving of pallets (up to 50 lbs), and requires the ability to move around and stand for extended periods. You will also be responsible for maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, following prescribed safety regulations, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Package final products for shipment and/or storage.
  • Comprehend detailed instructions and read work orders.
  • Lift and move pallets, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Move around and stand for extended periods when necessary.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Follow prescribed safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to comprehend detailed instructions and read work orders.
  • Capability to move around and stand for extended periods when necessary.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in an orderly and clean condition.
  • Adherence to safety regulations.
