Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract for a Project Coordinator role in ARMONK, New York. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing system installations on a national scale, overseeing project teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage national system installations
• Lead and inspire project teams to achieve goals
• Develop project budgets and conduct cost estimations
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary
• Create and manage project documentation and reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
• Utilize CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites for project management and communication
• Understand basic construction and mounting projectors/AV/computer setup
• Handle contracts and budget processes effectively.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required
• Experience with CRM software is necessary
• Must be adept in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is mandatory
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for detail oriented communication is expected
• Familiarity with About Time management software is desirable
• Understanding of budget processes is necessary for financial management
• Excellent communication skills are required for effective teamwork and client interactions
• Prior experience in a construction environment is preferred
• Knowledge of contracts and their management is necessary
