Are you an experienced Financial Analyst with a keen interest in the Manufacturing industry? Do you have a passion for sales and a knack for numbers? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a Permanent Financial Analyst (Sales) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your financial expertise with your sales skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a Financial Analyst (Sales), you will play a critical role in driving our financial planning and analysis, supporting our sales team, and contributing to our overall business strategy. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, gain exposure to various aspects of our business, and make a significant impact on our bottom line.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and support to the sales team, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for sales performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial results to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data analysis.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
