Industrial Electrician

Join our team as an Industrial Electrician The position is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and conducting electrical repairs throughout the facility. Duties include troubleshooting industrial controls, three-phase motor circuits, and basic electrical systems; installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot industrial controls, three-phase motor circuits, and basic electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, modify, and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment.
- Wire and hook-up disconnect switches, push buttons, circuit panels, breakers, suppressors, and transformers.
- Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
- Assist with the installation of new electrical equipment or modify existing equipment.
- Identify opportunities for electrical system improvements and communicate them to a supervisor or manager.
- Utilize hand and power tools to diagnose, adjust, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Review work orders to ensure accuracy and maintain documentation of work performed.
Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months industrial electrical experience, including PLC, VFD, analog, and advanced electrical controls.
- Comfortable and experienced using hand and power tools of all varieties.
- Ability to accurately use and read a tape measure and industrial blueprints.
- Basic knowledge and safety understanding of electrical components.
- Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and calculating percentages.
- Skill in using a personal computer and various software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $89440.00
