Off Shift Maintenance Technician

- $2, $3, shift premiums for off shifts.
- $25-29/hour (Candidates with an active Journeyman card may get $30+)
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing equipment during downtime, performing routine maintenance, and continuously evaluating equipment conditions to improve repair times and effectiveness.
- Respond to production downtime requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment to root cause, perform repairs as needed, and escalate concerns to necessary departments.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment, while documenting work in the Maintenance Management System.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of equipment, including making connections to facility level utilities.
- Provide input when equipment is purchased or upgraded to improve service and maintainability.
- Leverage the Inventory Management System to locate and source available machine components.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of Maintenance, Electrical, machine building, or machine repair experience in an industrial or military setting.
- Experience troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work an off shift.
- Must have own tools.
Work in a very clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled facility. The plant is beautiful, and all equipment is well-maintained.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00
