Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in The Dalles, OR. This role involves working with a middle and high school population with mild to moderate needs. Candidates must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) and be committed to supporting students' speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for middle and high school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and communicative goals.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to school staff on strategies for working with students with speech and language difficulties.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Oregon.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) required.
- Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
