One of our large medical clients who is owned by Amazon is looking for exceptional customer service representatives on a 4 month contract to hire project. 

Requirements for the role:

1. 1 year minimum of call center customer service experience within the last 4 years

2. 1 year of customer service experience 

OR 2 years of high-touch, patient facing healthcare service roles (e.g., Patient Access Reps, Claims Processors, Pharmacy Benefits Techs, etc.)

3. Candidate needs to have at least 1 year of tenure and needs to be comfortable on working the holdiays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years).

 

Starting compensation: $19.25/hr, converting hourly $20/hr. Off hour shifts pay differential $24.06/hr
