Job Description:

Soliant is looking for a dedicated Paraeducator to join a school district in Northridge, CA. The Paraeducator will assist teachers in providing educational support to students, contributing to a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Support students with special needs by providing individualized attention and assistance.
  • Monitor and assist students with their assignments and classroom behavior.
  • Help with classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • municate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to support student progress.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is a plus.
  • Strong munication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
