Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for precision? Join our team as a Heavy Assembler, where you’ll play a crucial role in our production process. You’ll follow detailed instructions and drawings to ensure top-notch assembly and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include packaging and labeling products efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing computer transactions to track product progress. Your exceptional attention to detail will help you identify and apply the correct assembly parts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Run the schedule precisely and accurately, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Follow written instructions and drawings to ensure proper assembly and quality standards.
• Package and label products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to identify and apply the correct assembly parts.
• Perform computer transactions to track product progress and inventory levels.
• Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with calipers.
• Experience with assembly and rivet operations.
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Work Environment

You will work in a well-equipped facility with access to all necessary tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and calipers. The position requires physical stamina to meet the demands of the job and the ability to follow a structured work schedule. Adherence to safety standards and procedures is paramount.
