You will be performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on food processing equipment. Repairs will include both mechanical and electrical components. Additionally, you will be responsible for breaking down machinery for cleaning and starting up the machinery again. Candidates must be strong in electrical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on food processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of machinery.
- Break down machinery for cleaning and restart machinery after maintenance.
- Use maintenance experience to perform repairs and PMs on equipment and machines in the plant.
- Experience with pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, and gears.
- Familiarity with control voltage (24V) and 3 phase up to 480V.
- Basic PLC knowledge.
