Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to various departments, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
Shipping Coordination: Process and manage shipments, including packaging, labeling, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Coordinate with shipping carriers and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
Order Entry & Processing: Accurately input customer orders into the system, monitor their progress, and provide status updates to customers and internal teams as necessary.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and resolving any discrepancies between inventory records and physical stock.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate documentation related to shipping and receiving, including invoices, shipping labels, and receipts.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to shipments, order status, and inventory availability. Handle any issues with a customer-first approach.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations between departments.
Problem Solving: Address any shipping-related issues, such as delays, damage claims, or order discrepancies, by working directly with shipping carriers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or shipping role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour
