PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing Industry. This is your chance to help drive efficiency, support supplier negotiations, and manage key supplier relationships as part of an innovative, forward-thinking company.
 
About the Role:
As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting supplier accounts, administration, and supplier negotiations. Your work will directly impact the optimization of the company's supply chain processes, ensuring that we achieve cost-effective, high-quality procurement practices while supporting the broader goals of our operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery, cost savings, and quality assurance across key products and services.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Take charge of negotiating favorable terms with suppliers to secure the best deals and mitigate risks.
  • M&A Support: Provide sourcing and procurement expertise to support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, ensuring smooth integration and procurement alignment.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs without compromising on product quality.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiation and execution, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams like IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure procurement strategies align with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our sourcing strategies competitive and future-proof.
 
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in supplier relationship management.
  • Analytical mindset and experience in cost optimization and risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
  • Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are a plus.

Pay Details: 74.91 per hour
