Job Title: Business to Business Collections Specialist

Location: Onsite Daily in Baltimore, MD (Jessup area)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to business clients for timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Negotiate and establish repayment plans to resolve delinquent accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and concerns
  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and make recommendations for credit limits
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor and manage accounts receivable
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business to Business collections
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and accounts receivable analysis
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collections software
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
