ProCare Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join a well-regarded school district in Napa, California. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to support students' academic and social development in a collaborative school setting.

As a Paraprofessional, you will assist students in achieving their learning goals and work alongside educators to create a productive, supportive classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help students with classroom tasks and lead individual or small group learning activities
• Provide additional support for students with special needs, focusing on IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans
• Prepare classroom supplies and keep learning areas organized
• Assist with managing behavior and promoting positive student interactions
• Work closely with teaching staff to address students' unique needs

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; an Associates degree or higher is preferred
• Previous experience in education or a similar setting is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students thrive
