Job Description

We are a manufacturer of personal care products including soaps, lotions, and body washes. Due to increased demand, we are currently seeking 8 individuals to join our compounding group. Candidates will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of product for the filling machines. You must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix materials to create batches of products.
• Operate filling machines.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of product batches.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to perform basic shop math.
• Forklift operation (not required for pre-weigh positions).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in compounding and batching.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, chemical operations, and sanitation.
• Skills in assembly, machine operation, carpentry, auto mechanics, construction, troubleshooting, mixing, general production, blending, forklift operation, batch making, and packaging.
