Responsibilities
Classroom Assistance and instructional Support: Work directly 1:1 or in a group setting with students to support and guide them in the classroom
Student Assistance: Providing support to students with special needs, whether it's physical, emotional, or learning-based. This can include offering individualized attention, facilitating communication, or implementing specific educational plans.
Collaboration with Teachers
Behavioral Support: Supporting students in managing their behavior, implementing behavior plans, and reinforcing positive behaviors.

To Be Considered
Must have experience working with children
Experience supporting children in the school setting preferred
Must have a high school diploma
OSPI Fingerprints or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
