Job Description

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems in a stamping and welded assembly plant. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Installs and repairs electrical apparatus up to 400 VAC and 800 amps, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.
  • Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 VAC and 800 amps, including transformers and wiring.
  • Repair electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Repair automated machinery and equipment, such as robots.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with robots, particularly Fanuc.
  • Proficiency in robot programming and maintenance repair.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair automated machinery.
  • Knowledge of HMI and PLC programming, specifically Allen-Bradley.
