Sitefinity Developer

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sitefinity Developer in the transport industry, based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, United States. This role involves the development and maintenance of applications built on Sitefinity and .NET Core, as well as managing Azure deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Sitefinity and .NET Core.

• Handle the deployment of code and ensure successful implementation.

• Manage Azure deployments and ensure optimal performance.

• Replace and improve upon previously supported services by an MSP within Sitefinity.

• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications with utmost accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest version of Sitefinity.

• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement future development needs.

• Candidate must have a solid understanding of the Transport industry

• Proficiency in Sitefinity CMS is required

• Demonstrated experience in .NET Core is essential

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Sitefinity CMS

• Proven skills in developing and implementing web applications using Sitefinity

• Deep knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable

• Relevant certifications in Sitefinity or .NET Core will be considered a plus
