In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our team, focusing on computer systems, hardware, and software. Responsibilities
• Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
• Update customer data and produce activity reports
• Walk customers through problem-solving process
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of trouble tickets
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
• Preserve and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
• Utilize active directory knowledge to reset passwords and handle user accounts
• Provide support for Windows OS and Apple Devices, ensuring their effective operation.• Proficiency in Computer Hardware, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair various hardware components.
• Experience with Active Directory, including user and group administration.
• Familiarity with Apple Devices, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform Password Reset procedures for various systems and platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, including installation, configuration, and system restoration.
