LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare company located in Tinicum, PA .We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in the dental healthcare industry. This is a fully onsite position. The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental or healthcare industry, particularly with managing finances for multiple clinics or entities.

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Tinicum, PA (Fully Onsite)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Industry: Healthcare

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage financial records for multiple dental clinics/entities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing finances for multiple clinics or entities is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
