Are you a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a rewarding opportunity in a school-based setting? We are actively looking for an experienced paraprofessional orRBT to join our teamfor the24/25school year, with potential for renewal. In this roleyou will be workingwith either a single student or a small group of students in a special needs settingproviding essential classroomsupport

Details:

  • Para professional or Registered Behavior Therapist
  • Multiple caseloads available
  • 24/25 school year with likely renewal
  • Full-time (minimum 30 hours per week)
  • $18- $24per hour (based on qualifications)


Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collect and record data on student behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification if applying for the RBT position
  • Experience working in schools preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
