  • Manage the lifecycle of active cases, tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Order, follow up, and summarize medical, employment, tax, and insurance records.
  • Draft and file motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
  • Conduct eDiscovery document reviews and organize factual data in multi-district litigation.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including deposition summaries, exhibit preparation, and witness coordination.
  • Electronically file pleadings in state and federal courts.
  • Log and enter billable time in the ProLaw billing system.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in complex litigation (product liability, class actions, MDL, commercial litigation, personal injury).
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Experience with county, state, and federal courts (CM/ECF filing knowledge required).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Case Notebook, eDiscovery Point).
  • Experience with iManage and ProLaw is a plus.
