Job DescriptionJob Description

The Fit-Up Technician is a critical and demanding position, which job duties entail meeting quality and daily production demands, in addition to the final assembly of domestic and international bearings. The Fit-Up Technician is responsible for assuring all previous work has been completed and is up to standard before the final assembly process begins. The Fit-Up Technician conducts detailed visual and dimensional inspections utilizing various inspection gages and fixtures. The Fit-Up Technician determines the correct rolling elements to install into the bearings, records their final dimensions and processes bearings to Final Inspection.
