Job Description

Join our team as a Mixer, where you will play a crucial role in the production process by mixing and preparing ingredients. We have seven open positions across various shifts, ensuring that we maintain high-quality standards in our food production.

Responsibilities
  • Read and follow batch tickets
  • Drive a tow motor for 50% of the day
  • Lift 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Move around large totes weighing up to 1,000 lbs and pour different ingredients
  • Pour ingredients into a dumper that holds up to 500 lbs
  • Work with the mix system to change out boxes filled by hand
  • Weigh product accurately
  • Pack product into clear formula sheets
  • Operate a De-clumper machine
  • Sign off on quality procedures
  • Follow GMP guidelines
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment
  • Climb ladders and stairs to access platform equipment
  • Work with food products, including dumping oil and salt as needed
  • Identify and retrieve all ingredients used
  • Stage product for retail packaging
Essential Skills
  • Experience mixing products
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to read recipe sheets
  • Open to cleaning product and debris
  • Ability to calculate weights for products
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Forklift experience is preferred
  • Experience with GMP and FDA documentation

Work Environment
