RPh on the Go is Hiring: Hospital Pharmacist (Travel) Oregon

We are actively recruiting for a Hospital Pharmacist for a 13+ week travel assignment in Oregon, with the potential to become permanent. Must be Licensed in the state of Oregon.

Shift:

  • 1st shift: 8:00am 4:00pm

Job Duties:

  • Review and interpret medication orders for inpatients and outpatients as needed
  • Assist the DOP in daily operations
  • Prepare and check medications before distribution to offices, clinics, and ambulance services
  • Counsel patients being discharged on medication management
  • Inspect pharmacy inventory to ensure drugs are maintained according to policies

Requirements:

  • Clear and active Pharmacist license in Oregon
  • 2+ years of experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
  • Acute care hospital experience preferred
