Caseload: Mixed, School-Aged Students
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Willmar, MN. The ideal candidate will work with school-aged students, providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to address speech, language, and munication disorders. The SLP will collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students receive the necessary support for their academic success.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders in school-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students based on their needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and monitor student growth through progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting student-specific goals.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Minnesota SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
