We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Project Manager fluent in both Spanish and English. This role will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of construction projects, from conception to completion. It is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects and to be part of a team that values safety, sustainability, and innovation. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the full life cycle of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members in both Spanish and English.
3. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
5. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
7. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
8. Prepare and present regular project reports for management.
9. Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
10. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
3. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
5. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
6. Exceptional leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. Ability to problem-solve effectively and make decisions under pressure.
10. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
11. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
