Exciting Opportunity: Join Us as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Mitchell, Indiana

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)? This full-time position in the vibrant community of Mitchell, Indiana, offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse PK-12 caseload. With flexible start dates, including the possibility of starting sooner, you can jump right in and begin making a difference

The school district is dedicated to providing comprehensive educational services, focusing on the unique needs of each student. As an SLP, you will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while billing Medicaid for your services.

In this Speech-Language Pathologist role, you will be expected to:

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation of progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Must pass fingerprint and drug screening.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive compensation ranging from $43 to $50 per hour, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive Insurance and Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision.
  • W-2 classification with weekly pay.
  • Matching 401(k).

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • 20-30 minute virtual interview with the School District.
  • Offer is typically made within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
