Description:
Join our team as a Behavior Support Paraprofessional, where youll assist students in overcoming challenges and developing positive habits.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed.
  • Monitor and record student behavior data.
  • Reinforce positive behavior strategies in the classroom and beyond.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and specialists.
  • Support students in managing emotional or behavioral outbursts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; experience in behavior management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques preferred.
  • Calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.
