Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for an Account Manager who will ensure that our customers' orders are processed in a timely, productive, and cost-effective way. You will prepare factory tickets and job orders, maintaining the accuracy and comprehensiveness necessary for manufacturing processes. Strong communication skills are required for liaising effectively with internal management, customers, sales, and plant employees. It is crucial that you maintain quality work and accurately retrievable records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and retrieving information from customers, sales force, and management
  • Assisting Account Receivables in researching customer's payment issues
  • Preparing and conveying job bag requirements and customer's information to production and quality team
  • Managing customer inventories, work in process and receivables
  • Using ASI for preparing orders, invoices, acknowledgements, factory tickets, and Bills of Lading
  • Requesting quotes and processing job bags with the correct specifications
  • Handling pertinent logistics, e.g., obtaining freight quotes, organizing shipments, etc.
  • Providing clarity on customer expectations and facilitating various related issues
  • Assisting in customer service-related duties
  • Utilizing intermediate skills of Excel and Word.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with Excel Formulas
• Strong customer service skills, with an ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
• Experience with inbound sales, demonstrating the ability to convert leads into customers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with general office operations and administrative tasks
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find appropriate solutions
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
