SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) | HIRING NOW | WILMINGTON, DELAWARE

ProCare Therapy is thrilled to invite passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the upcoming school year in Wilmington, Delaware. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in improving their communication skills within a collaborative educational setting.

Open Positions:

We welcome SLPs experienced in early childhood intervention and those with expertise in working with K-5 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Diagnose: Evaluate students to identify speech and communication challenges.
  • Develop Plans: Create individualized, evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate: Partner with teachers and families to support student progress.
  • Document Progress: Maintain accurate records of evaluations and treatment plans.
  • Advocate: Offer resources and support to families for continued growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Certification: Valid Delaware SLP license and CCC-SLP.
  • Experience: School-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and student-focused skills.
