Shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm

Brief Description: (will discuss more in detail)
- Duties may include/involve plumbing, painting and general building upkeep
- Performs quality repairs to or modifications to plumbing systems
- Ability to perform basic repairs, maintenance: drywall, furniture, door knobs
- Performs minor electrical maintenance including replacing lightbulbs and removing/installing general light fixtures
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).
- Grounds keeping and janitorial work
- Performs other work related duties as assigned.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
