Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Doctor's office - Nephrology
Location: Houston, TX - minimal travel to Kingwood and The Woodlands
Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8A-5P
Pay: $23-26/hour based on experience plus full benefits

The LVN duties to include but not limited to triage office patients, hospitals & dialysis units calls; Prior Authorizations; lab orders; prescriptions; anemia clinics; BP checks; physician clinics. Some travel required to/ from satellite offices in Kingwood and The Woodlands with mileage reimbursement.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a TX LVN license
- Minimum TWO years of medical office experience as an LVN
- Phlebotomy skills and EMR experience/knowledge required
