Financial Analyst V – FP&A
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Contingent Worker to serve as a Finance Systems Specialist. This role demands an in-depth understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) systems and processes, proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Planning tools including Oracle PCM, and the ability to lead FPA transformation initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Compensation: Median $45.00 (Market Based with flex)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and Optimize Systems: Improve financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting by analyzing and optimizing FPA systems and processes.

  • Utilize Oracle Tools: Develop and maintain robust financial models using Oracle Enterprise Planning tools, including Oracle PCM.

  • Lead Transformation Initiatives: Manage FPA transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration of new systems.

  • Provide Technical Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical guidance and support to the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with IT and finance teams to ensure system compatibility and data integrity.

  • Conduct Training: Enhance team capabilities and understanding of new systems and tools through training sessions and workshops.

  • Document Processes: Create user manuals and document processes to support system users and maintain compliance with internal standards.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, with a focus on FPA systems and processes.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Planning tools, including Oracle PCM rule configuration and custom report generation.

  • Project Management: Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale financial transformation projects.

  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis and financial modeling techniques.



Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
