Job Description:
As an LPN with ProCare Therapy, you will work within a school setting, delivering crucial healthcare services to students. You'll collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure students' well-being and address their healthcare requirements effectively.

Overview:

    • Full-time
    • On-site
    • 1:1 position
    • $23-32/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care under supervision, including medication administration and treatments.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly.
  • Assist in care plan development and implementation.
  • Perform routine procedures and educate patients on self-care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance.
  • Offer emotional support to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • Valid LicensedPractical Nurse(LPN) license.
  • Confident in nursing practice for all ages.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of students.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
