Paraprofessional Job Description:

• Provide support to classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Assist students with tasks such as completing assignments, understanding instructions, and staying focused on tasks.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment by supervising students and reinforcing positive behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and address individual learning needs.

Interview Process:
