Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary:

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team This position will support various areas of production with a focus on building crates for HVAC enclosures. The role involves using tools such as a nail gun, staple gun, and drill, while ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. The position requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package parts for HVAC enclosures.

  • Build wooden crates to house and transport panels.

  • Hang and wrap parts for the powder coat line.

  • Cut materials using a bandsaw.

  • Operate electric and pneumatic tools as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must have hand tool/power tool experience.

  • Must have some manufacturing/production experience.

Physical Demands:

  • Stand, crouch, or kneel for extended periods.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8-hour shift)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
