Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the non-profit industry, located in ATLANTA, Georgia. This role necessitates a highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of managing timelines, processing data entries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Accurately process data entries with Microsoft Excel and Outlook tools
• Provide outstanding customer service to address and resolve inquiries
• Organize and manage files using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Execute shipping functions as required
• Use scanning tools to digitize important documents
• Continually update and maintain customer records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed
• Work closely with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit sector is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accuracy in high-volume environments
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines effectively
• Excellent organizational skills, especially in regards to file management
• Experience in performing office tasks such as scanning and shipping functions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
