Position Overview:
We areseeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide essential services to our students. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an engaging educational setting, helping students improve their physical abilities and achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students physical development.
  • Monitor and document students progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of physical goals for students.
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to support students physical health and mobility.
  • Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and engage in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A mitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care.
