RPh on the Go is hiring for an exceptional Pharmacist In Charge to join a leading specialty hospice pharmacy in Bryan, TX. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule, offering a fantastic opportunity for professional growth with the potential for permanent placement after the initial 13-week term.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth workflows, staff supervision, and effective inventory management.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.
• Provide clinical leadership, conducting medication therapy reviews and offering guidance to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies and care plans for hospice patients.
• Manage the compounding, dispensing, and counseling of medications in alignment with hospice care standards.
• Monitor drug usage patterns, promoting cost-effective prescribing practices to enhance patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest medications, therapies, and regulations, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• PharmD degree and an active Pharmacist license.
• 3+ years of pharmacist experience (preferably with leadership responsibilities).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and inspire a pharmacy team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
