Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in Del Rio, Texas. This role lies at the intersection of the supply chain and data analytics industries, based at our local site. As an Inventory Analyst, you'll be entrusted with important responsibilities related to inventory tracking, safety measures, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the correct and efficient processing of inventory data
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment like hard hats, vests, and steel-toed boots
• Manage travel logistics for long-distance commuting or hotel stays, prioritizing cost-effectiveness
• Participate in morning huddles and safety training sessions to stay updated on company protocols
• Maintain regular working hours from early morning to late afternoon, demonstrating commitment and punctuality
• Take responsibility for personal sustenance at the site, including bringing lunch and water
• Utilize company-provided resources such as aerial images and material lists for accurate inventory counts
• Ensure efficient use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and IBM AS/400 systems for inventory management
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in resolving inquiries and maintaining customer relationships
• Employ auditing skills to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and identify discrepancies.• Proficient in Epic Software for managing healthcare records and data
• Strong skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business management
• Prior experience with ERP Solutions to manage day-to-day business activities
• Ability to navigate IBM AS/400 system for business computing
• Expertise in Interface Engine for data integration
• Familiarity with About Time software for mobile resource management
• Strong auditing skills to examine the organization's internal controls
• Experience with Collection Processes to manage overdue payments
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
• Exceptional customer service skills for a positive customer experience
