Senior Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-rise commercial property, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Manage a diverse portfolio of office, medical, and retail tenants.
Develop and implement strategies for property maintenance, tenant relations, and lease compliance.
Lead and coordinate building staff, including security, maintenance, and janitorial teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Conduct regular property inspections and manage necessary repairs and capital improvement projects.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with tenants, responding to inquiries and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Collaborate with leasing agents and assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
Handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
Oversee property inspections, preparing reports and documentation as necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
Proven experience in managing office, medical, and retail properties.
Strong knowledge of building systems, facilities management, and operations.
Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and reporting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in the West Hollywood area.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field (preferred).
Real Estate License or related certification (preferred).
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
