Job DescriptionJob Description

As a full-time Technician, you will install and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial, retail, educational, healthcare, and industrial jobs throughout our service area. In this role we are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, reliable, and teamwork-oriented technician to ensure superior installations on all projects.

Job duties could include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Read and understand fire sprinkler drawings

  • Use basic hand tools, power tools, and be able to read a tape measure

  • Install, service, and repair fire sprinkler piping, fittings, and heads

  • Install, service, and repair fire pump systems

  • Install, service, and repair backflow devices

  • Perform all duties with a high level of safety

  • Assist other team members as needed

  • Work flexible schedules as needed

  • Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50lbs unassisted

  • Climb and work from ladders/platforms safely

  • Operate ariel lifts, forklifts, and company vehicles safely

  • Have reliable transportation to job sites/meeting locations

  • Stand, walk, kneel, and work overhead as needed

  • Communicate with customers and team members professionally

  • Perform all job duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

  • Upon offer of employment, a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle report, and background check will be conducted. Random drug screens will be conducted during employment.

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 1 year of construction experience

  • OSHA 10 minimum (OSHA 30 preferred)

  • A valid Driver's License

  • Clean driving record
